Highlights:

• Oversaw board of 45 officers (6 executives, 9 directors, 30 chairs): Led weekly e-board and monthly board meetings, created agendas, delegated action items, and aided in marketing, fundraising, and event planning for 100+ members.

• Secured $18,000 in funding through partnerships with 10+ industry sponsors, grants, and additional fundraisers.

• Organized scholarship and travel for 8 in-person and 9 virtual attendees to WE National Conference in Houston, TX

• Hosted "Women & Self-Confidence" workshop with Agilent at the Conference of Engineering Diversity 2023.

• Executed first-ever "Entrepreneurship 101" workshop with SpartUp Incubator, Alpha Omega Epsilon, Girls Who Code, and Women in Design.

• ​Opening speech for the Silicon Valley Women in Engineering Conference 2023.
